Originally established through a landmark Memorandum of Agreement signed on July 20, 2023, the creation of the consortium was witnessed by Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah F. Official Turnover of Indoor and Outdoor LED Wall at CSU GYM

On September 24-25, 2024, the Cotabato State University (CSU) hosted the official turnover of the newly installed indoor and outdoor LED walls, marking a significant milestone for the university. The event was attended by the University President - Dr. Sema G. Dilna, and Dr. Radzata Abdulgani - Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Amerhusein S. Amad - ICT Director, was also present, alongside ICT personnel and IT support staff.
